Rice may stick to the bottom of the stainless steel inner pot due to excess starch. It may help to perform the following steps:

1. Rinse the rice in a separated bowl until the water is clear. It will reduce rice browning and help prevent rice from sticking to the bottom of the inner pot after cooking.

2. Do not leave the cooker on "keep warm" mode no more than 2 hours
