Ingredients

    • ½ lb beef

    • 3 ½ tablespoons water and Salt for brine

    • 1/2 egg white

    • Pepper for taste

    • 1/3 cup soy sauce

    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch+ 1 tablespoon water

    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

    • Sliced chili pepper

    • Scallions


Instructions

1. Brine Beef: Use 3 ½ tablespoon water and half teaspoon of salt. Massage water and salt into beef.
2. Marinating Mix:
   • 1/2 egg white
   • pepper for taste
   • soy sauce for taste
   • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
   • 1tablespoon cornstarch + water
3. Add beef into marinating mix and marinate for 1 hour
4. Pour 3 tablespoons oil in pressure cooker
5. Add cured beef into cooker and secure the lid on the cooker
6. Select “ Saute” mode
7. Adjust time to 10 minutes by pressing the +- button, then press start
8. When cooking is complete simply press the pressure release button to relieve pressure on cooker then open the lid
9. Add following ingredients into the cooker
   • 1 tablespoon sugar
   • light soy sauce
   • 1 tablespoon mashed garlic
   • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
   • sliced chili pepper
   • add scallion
10. Set cooker for another 10 minutes
