Ingredients

    • 8pcs Chicken Wings

    • 3 tablespoons Honey

    • Pepper to taste

    • 1 tablespoon Mirin (Japanese Rice Wine)

    • 6 ½ tablespoon Soy Sauce

    • 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger

    • Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Marinate chicken for an hour with the following:
   • 6 ½ tablespoon soy sauce into chicken wings
   • Add pepper
   • 3 tablespoons of honey
   • 1 tablespoons of finely minced fresh ginger
   • Salt
   • 1 tablespoon Mirin
2. Brush the bottom of the Pressure cooker with oil
3. Add cured chicken wings into cooker and secure lid on cooker
4. Select Saute mode
5. Adjust the timer for 10 minutes by pressing the + – button then press start
6. When cooking is complete simply press the pressure release button to relieve pressure on cooker then open the lid
7. Turn chicken wings over and set cooking time for another 10 minutes
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and broccoli
