Ingredients

    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

    • ½ cup natural unsweetened cocoa

    • ¾ cup sugar

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

    • ½ cup all-purpose flour

    • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder until cocoa is dissolved; stir in sugar and mix well; add eggs one at a time and stir until well combined; stir in vanilla, salt and flour, mix until you no longer can see the flour (do not over mix); fold in chocolate chips.
2. Brush a little oil at the bottom and side of the waterless pot. Transfer the brownie mixture into the pot and spread it out evenly.
3. Place the waterless pot in the Fusion Cooker, cover with the glass lid. Select the “Bake” mode. The cooker will remind you 10 minutes before the brownie is done by making a beeping sound. It will cook for about an hour.
4. Once it’s done, remove the waterless pot from the cooker and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Cover the pot with a serving plate and flip it. The brownie should easily drop onto the plate. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Besides chocolate chips, you can also fold raisins, chopped nuts, M&M or Reese's pieces into the brownie mixture.
