Instructions

1. Beat eggs with sugar then add cake flour, olive oil, fried shallot, salted duck egg yolk, and salt slowly as you mix.
2. Poured the ingredients into the waterless pot, an iron mousse ring is placed at the center to boost the baking process.
3. Select BAKE mode.
4. You will hear a beep sound when the cooking is completed.

1. 先把蛋與糖一起用電動攪拌機打發,再用慢速打入麵粉。
2. 取橄欖油分多次少量慢慢加入,加入後需用攪拌器完全拌勻成糊狀。
3. 加入油蔥酥,鹹蛋黃,鹽巴攪拌均勻。
