Cream cheese batter: Cream Cheese 2 Cup, Sugar 3/4 Cup, Low Gluten Flour or All Purpose Flour 1/4 Cup, 6 Egg, Fresh cream 2 Cup
Cream Cheese Curst: Graham Cracker (Crushed) 1/3 Cup, Unsalted Butter 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Step1. Cream Cheese Filling: Add sugar to cream cheese mixture (soften), whisk until smooth
Step2. Add flour to mixture and mix well then add egg mixture. Filter cream cheese mixture thru sieve for consistent mixture
Step3. Spread a layer of Crushed Graham cracker to the bake pan. Add cream cheese mixture (up to 50% full)
Step4. Preheat air fryer 356 °F for 2 minutes
Step5. Place the Cheese Cake into air fryer basket
Step6. Air fry for 30 minutes at 320 °F to complete
