• Chicken Thigh Cut Into Bite Size Pieces (Total: 200 grams)

    • Marinade: Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp, Rice Wine 1 Tbsp, Grated Garlic To Taste

    • Flour Coating: Corn Starch / All Purpose Flour (100 grams each)


Step1. Marinade chicken tight for 20 minutes
Step2. Add salt and pepper to taste
Step3. Coat the chicken tight to corn starch / flour mixture
Step4. Preheat air fryer 356 °F for 2 minutes
Step5. Place chicken into air fryer basket evenly (do not overlap chicken)
Step6. Air fry 356 °F for 20 minutes to complete
