Ingredients

    • 2-3 slices rack of lamb

    • green, red, and yellow bell peppers


Instructions

Step1. Air fry green, red, and yellow bell peppers 392 °F for 3 minutes. Remove from air fryer tray and set aside for later use
Step2. Air fry rack of lamb using 398 °F for 7 minutes. Remove rack of lamb from air fryer tray
Step3. Place rack of lamb and cooked bell peppers on plate; add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
