Return/Exchange Policy & Procedure

Tatung Company of America, Inc. can offer returns for products purchased from Newegg Tatung USA Marketplace or company outside sales events within thirty (30) calendar days with a valid receipt of shipment. Purchases made from Tatung authorized local stores or online stores, please refer to the retailers' return policy.

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and return back to you at your cost:
Product purchased from Newegg Tatung USA Marketplace or company outside sales events.
Original condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
Original UPC/Serial # intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
Valid RMA # obtained from website.

Return/Exchange Requirements:
An RMA # must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipment date.
Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded.
All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill packaging material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card used for the original purchase.
Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Tatung will refund back to your method of payment.
For the product received as Dead/Defective on Arrival (DOA) with the first seven (7) calendar days of the shipment date, Newegg Tatung USA marketplace will provide a replacement. Replacement will be shipped at our expense. Newegg Tatung USA marketplace will issue a call-tag of designated carrier to pick up DOA product from the customer. The DOA product must be returned within ten (10) days from receipt of replacement unit, or customer will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement part.
For wrong product delivered, Newegg Tatung USA marketplace will provide a replacement. Replacement will be shipped at our expense. Tatung USA marketplace will issue a call-tag for designated carrier to pick up wrong product from the customer. The wrong product must be returned within ten (10) days from receipt of replacement product, or customer will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement part.
Other than DOA and wrong product delivery, to exchange a product, please refer to the product return policy and procedure and re-buy it.

Repair Policy & Procedure

Tatung Company of America, Inc. can offer repair service for products purchased from our authorized retailers in the United States.
Our service/repair center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (PDT).

Please read the following repair policy carefully to get clear understanding of how to request your repair service from us.

Repair Policy:
In Warranty: As provided in the applicable Limited Warranty, Tatung will, at its option repair or replace a Tatung Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period.
Out of Warranty: Tatung's out of warranty service is a fee-based service. For any out of warranty service, Tatung will provide customer with an estimate for the cost of repair and will repair the product upon customer request. Return of the product will be deemed customer's authorization to repair and agreement to pay for the cost of repair.
Transportation Charges: Customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and similar charges for the returned product, and customer must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be customer's responsibility.
Data Backup: If applicable, customer should backup customer's data and files, as the same may be affected during repairs. Tatung expressly disclaims liability for any loss or destruction of, or to maintain the confidentiality of, data media or any content component resulting from service of the product.
Repair RMA Expires: Your repair RMA will expire in 30 business days after being issued if the product is not returned for repair.

Repair Service Instruction:
There are 2 methods to request a repair service. Please do not send in the repair products before obtaining a valid RMA # and further instruction from our repair service team.

Method #1: Request Online

Download the repair request form online. Fill out the repair request form and send it to us. You should receive a response from our service representative within 2 business days from the date we receive the request.

美國大同公司對于消費者在 “Newegg Tatung USA Marketplace”及 “外部銷售活動”購買的產品,都可以享有產品貨到日起30天鑑賞期的權益。至於從美國大同公司授權的專賣店或網路商店購買的消費者,請參閱您所購買產品販售的零售商的產品退貨政策。

所有退貨必須包括以下內容,否則將被拒絕,並在扣除費用後返還給您:

您所退回的產品必須是全新狀態(不得有刮傷、破損、受潮),並且保持完整包裝,意即必須恢復至您收到商品時的原始狀態(包含商品本體、配件、原廠包裝、保護袋、保麗龍、保證書、隨附文件、贈品等)。
您所退回的產品必須有完整的產品條碼及產品序號。產品序號需與包裝箱上的序號相符。
您在線上辦理退貨申請時所取得的有效退貨代碼。

退貨及換貨需知:
如需退貨,請於產品貨到日起30天內在線上辦理退貨申請,並取得一組有效的退貨代碼。
產品售出時所支付的運費是我們寄送產品給您的成本,此費用將不予與退還。
如果退貨產品有遺失或缺件的部分(包括但不限於,配件,說明書,保修登記卡,原始製造商的包裝材料和零售包裝)將暫停辦理退貨,直到收到遺失或缺件的部分。
退貨產品寄回的運費需由您(消費者)自行負擔。
郵寄退貨產品請務必仔細包裝,請務必使用氣泡、塑料泡沫、或其他抗震防摔的包裝材料進行產品的保護加固。盡量不要讓產品在箱內有任何晃動的空間,以確保產品在郵寄過程中發生不必要的損傷。
任何在郵寄過程中所發生的損傷或損失,將由您(消費者)自行負擔。
當美國大同公司確實收到您要退貨的產品,並確認無誤後,我們將會進行退款手續,即通過您當初的付款方式進行退費。 (若您的付款方式為信用卡付款,將直接刷退至您當初使用來付款的信用卡帳戶中。若為其他的付款方式, 我們會依照您的情況找到一個最好的方式退款給您)
若您購買的商品在您收到時,被認為是有任何由於運送過程中所造成的損毀及破壞, 或者是瑕疵品(Dead/Defective on Arrival) ,或者是收到的產品與您原訂單的產品不符,請于產品的出貨日的7天之內向美國大同公司提出換貨申請。 我們一旦確認之後,將會提供一個更換品給您。此更換品的運費將由我們負擔。同時,美國大同公司將會與貨運公司合作產生一個 call-tag, 然後該貨運公司將會與您聯繫, 安排時間拿回原先收到有缺陷的產品 (瑕疵品) 或者寄錯的產品。 該瑕疵品或者寄錯的產品,必須在收到更換品的10天內交還給我們,若超過 10天規定的日期,您將會被收取更換品的全部款項。
若所收到的物品與原始訂單的貨物一致,但是您對於所購買的產品想要進行換貨的要求,此要求將被視為退貨申請。請參照退貨流程及須知。

保固期外維修: 美國大同公司的維修服務是收費服務。對於任何超出保固期維修, 美國大同公司將為客戶提供一個維修成本的估價和並根據客戶的要求來進行產品維修。任何退回的產品將視同為客戶授權維修並同意支付維修費用。
郵寄費用: 客戶將負責所有的運輸,保險,以及類似產品退回的費用。客戶必須確保產品的適當包裝。任何不適當包裝造成的損害將視為客戶的責任。
數據備份: 如果適用,客戶應備份用戶的數據和文件。大同公司不承擔任何數據和文件的損失與破壞的責任。
退回維修申請單: 維修報價後逾期達30日以上尚未回應,本公司將視同取消此維修。
